Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Heidi.

At Path Studio Co, I deliver every session with purpose, care and intention.

I'm a Norwegian coach living in Australia, a mum of two, and have over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Throughout my career, I've coached people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels across both Norway and Australia.

My coaching is grounded in real life. I understand that training needs to fit around work, family, energy levels, confidence, and everything else life brings, not the other way around.

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness. Every client follows their own path, and my role is to meet you where you're at, understand your goals, and create a realistic plan that works for your lifestyle.

Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, improve your health, or simply feel more confident in yourself, I'm here to provide the guidance, support, and accountability to help you get there.

Why I Coach

From sport to a life of coaching.

My passion for fitness began through sport. I spent 13 years playing handball and soccer, where I learned the value of discipline, resilience, teamwork, and the confidence that comes from feeling strong in your own body.

But the reason I coach today goes far beyond training. Life hasn't always been easy, and I've experienced my own challenges along the way. During difficult times, I learned how important it is to have support, encouragement, and someone who genuinely believes in you when you're struggling to believe in yourself.

Those experiences shaped the coach I am today. They taught me that health and fitness isn't just about how you look or what you can lift. It's about building confidence, creating habits that support your wellbeing, and developing the strength to navigate life's ups and downs.

That's why I don't believe in quick fixes or all-or-nothing approaches. I believe in helping people make meaningful changes that feel achievable, sustainable, and empowering.

Because the goal isn't just to get fitter. It's to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in yourself, both inside and outside the studio.
